Central Baptist Student D-Now
(Disciple Now Weekend)
February 17-19, 2023
Our Youth group will be attending a D-Now with several area churches this February. We would like to invite any 6th-12th grade student to attend with us.
How the D-NOW week will work:
Students will start the week-end event at 5:00 PM Friday, February 17, evening at Central Baptist Church. Students will be transported to events at Crossroads Baptist Church. Students will stay in our church members host homes (separated boys’ and girls’ homes) for Friday and Saturday Night. Sponsors from our church will stay with each home. During the three-day event, we will provide all meals, snacks, breakout sessions, transportation, and fun activities. All participants will attend Sunday Morning worship, February 19, at Central Baptist and will be picked up by their families after the service. Please note, no students will be allowed to leave during the weekend except in an emergency situation in which a parent will need to retrieve them.
The church will be providing this weekend retreat at no cost to the students and their families. You must however turn in the paperwork no later than February 1 in order to attend. Please turn in paperwork as soon as you know you plan to attend.
Specific rules and guidelines will be provided for all who turn in paperwork.
